Connecting to the Admin Console

I installed FMS 4 on my notebook and I was able to access the console

without trouble. I used localhost for the server address. When I installed it on a remote server (Windows 2008), I can't get in. I tried the same thing. I opened it from the file system (file:///C:/Program%20Files/Adobe/Flash%20Media%20Server%204/webroot/fms_adminConsole.htm) and I tried localhost but it didn't work. I've tried other values

http://localhost:1111/

http://localhost:1950/

http://ipaddress:1111/

http://ipaddress:1950/

One problem could be that I installed Apache but there is already a IIS server using the port 80. When I look in the service panel, FMSApache says it is starting but not started.

I solved this problem by re-imaging my Windows server which removed Parallels,  program I don't really understand but which was a barrier. I then stopped IIS and I re-installed FMS with Apache. There are probably decent ways to work with FMS without installing Apache - i.e., by using a pre-installed IIS or other web server but it wasn't apprent. Now, I didn't really need to do this to connect to the FMS but I needed it to access my server from the FMS administration panel.
