Connection error when not local

Hello

We can successfully stream a flash file from either the FMServer, when browsing the htm file using file:///, or from the web server also using file:/// directly on the server. But when we try to use http://www.websitesaddress/file.htm wither on the web server itself or from my machine we get connection error.

Any help would be appreciated.
