Connection rejected by server

I am getting this error and obviously all streams are stopped - can anybody point me in the right direction to fix this problem? Thanks - oh, FMSv2

Connection rejected by server. Reason : [ Server.Reject ] : Virtual host _defaultVHost_ is not available.

    Are you seeing any core failures in the master log?

    OP, did you find anything that helped you? I'm having a similar issue and still no solution yet.

    Are there other apps running on this vhost? Can you connect to them? Have you opened the Administration Console or Services window to verify that the server is running?

    apps are running - they run okay - we have people connected listening to music and then we get this error and all streams are stopped - the FMS server is still running - and then the apps are restarted and people can connect again, then it happens again, (randomly)
