corrupted flvs

I converted a large number of wmvs into flv with Sorenson Squeeze a while back. We're using FMS to stream them and everything has been working fine until today. Now all of a sudden almost all of the flvs won't advance the video. The first frame comes up and no matter where you go in the timeline/playhead the video never changes. I've opened the flvs in other players (not using the fms streaming) and when I try to move to a point in time on the timeline it jerks back to the beginning. If I can get it to go to another point in time the video doesn't change. Is there a reason this could be happening that I can look for? Thanks.

What's FMS version? You can use flvcheck tool to test the flv files.

FMS 2. But it's not an FMS issue. It happens when I play the videos in stand alone flv players.

I just found something very odd. I downloaded a metadata reader and compared the flvs that I recently output that do seek just fine against the ones that won't work. The ones that work have fps of anywhere from 15-25. The ones that only show the first frame have an fps of 0. I've tried reexporting some of the 0fps flvs through sorenson and they continually come out as 0fps even though the framerate is set at 15fps in the export settings. I'm not sure if it's a sorenson problem or something else. Anyone ever experience this?
