Delay in audio and video receive

Hello friends,
We have developed a good audio/video conferencing application using Flash and Flash Communication Server 1.5.

Application works but lots of times, when some one is publishing audio and video to others, they receive the published audio/video after a bad delay (sometimes up to minutes). We are testing it on a fast LAN so the problem can't be related to network speed.

This problem if not fixed can break our project completely while it is useless this way.
How can we fix this?

P.S. I haven't tried Flash Media Server 2 yet. may using that help solve this issue?

    It was a long time ago, but I seem to remember a bug like this in 1.5 that the 1.5.2 updater corrected. Are you running the most recent build?

    I think it will fix my problem based on updates release notes. I had not noted the updates up to now. Thank you sooo much. I will test it.
