Question

Does anyone from Adobe ever come here?

With the number of posts with ZERO replies here, it seems pretty obvious that no one from Adobe ever comes to this forum. Which is something very wrong, considering it's such an expensive piece of software (my company payed $7500 for our FMIS 3 license). I don't see this problem with smaller companies, such as Wowza, where you feel the devs are actually reading and answering peoples questions.

Seriously, it wouldn't take much effort for a company big as Adobe, to put a specialist to answer a few questions now and then.

FYI, copying the footer (of this page) here:

"Important Note: These online forums are for user-to-user discussions of Adobe products, and are not an official customer support channel for Adobe. If you require direct assistance, or prefer to contact Adobe support staff directly, please contact Adobe support. "

I guess, everybody discuss here as a user and thats the beauty of forums. :-).

I have lots of questions, and I just placed one on another thread.

But this is not about me. It's about everyone posting questions here and having almost no replies from any experts on the matter. A lot of these questions seem like very legitimate doubts, which I'm sure a lots of people would like to see an answer to, and which I'm also sure, an Adobe developer would be able to answer in less then 30 seconds.
