Could someone please fix it? The download page is at: http://www.adobe.com/products/adobe-media-server-family/tool-downloads.html

But clicking "Download the tools" link on the page will give you a page that embeds itself. Thanks,

i contacted adobe support via chat and was told, you can contact our Adobe Technical support at 1-800-642-3623. They will be glad to help you with that

Thanks for the Technical support number. But I listened to the on hold music for 40 minutes, and lost patience...
