dvrcast record maxsize?

Hello?

I'm using the DVR service, problems arise.

Identify the cause and which is something to do with the file size is recorded in dvr

Recorded on the day that the file size is approximately 20GB, and are deleted once a day

dvr files recorded in a larger size is a problem do you have symptoms?

1,000 people by the client is connected to the origin server fmscore.exe process cpu usage is increasing, and should live.

Please answer.

Note FMS 4.02 is being used in the dvrcast 1.2.114.

    If you concern of large files is that it fills up disk space - you can use raw file format and then decide to delete older segments and use DVRRollingWindow cofig which comes with latest DVRCast application.

    If you second concern is that too much load is on single server - you can use set of machine and use dvrcast_edge application in conjunction with dvrcast_origin to load balance.

    Sorry but I am not able to grasp your problem - can you elaborate more in details what is exactly happening at your end.

    Are you saying that when file reaches around 20GB - something goes wrong - if that's the case what goes wrong - is FMSCore showing very high CPU ( how much high)?

    In other words, increasing the size of recorded files to dvr lf there are no problems have cause to wonder.
    In other words, if the recorded file size and some are wondering whether to proceed with DVRControllerSync.
