Edge / Origin Connectivity Issue: Failed to signal process (e)2581395

We recently had the need to bounce an edge server because it looked to loose its connection to the origin and never re-established it. From the logs I have been able to see the below (kicked off at 05:23 and the support team bounced the server at 06:04) but are still non the wiser as to what happened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Please confirm the FMS versions on both edge and origin servers.

Such errors are known to occur due to version incompatibilities.

They look to be the same, but are (FMIS):

origin: Adobe Flash Media Server 4.5.1 r484 x64

edge: Adobe Flash Media Server 4.5.1 r484 x64
