I purchased FMS 3.5 Streaming Educational when I was in school, but now that I have left I want to use it for commercial uses. Can I still use the same licence? If not, is it possible to upgrade?

    I am not sure whether you can use it for commercial purposes , most likely case would be that you are not permitted but i am really not best person equipped to talk about it. Also not sure about upgrade aspect. I will try to get in touch with someone and then update you.

    Yes please, if you could get someone to confirm the limitations for me as looking at the educational product on this page;

    http://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?event=displayProduct&categoryOID=2029537&store=OLS-EDU

    It shows the restriction as only being able to purchase one per acedemic year, it doesn't place any other restriction upon the product.

    From item F in section 3 of the FMS EULA (http://www.adobe.com/products/eula/server/flashmedia/)

    f. Education Versions may not be used for, or distributed to any party for, any commercial purpose.
