How can I do to encoder a video using FMS3?

Have you a walkthrough?

Sorry, but I'm a beginner and I don't understand how work FMS3 to encoding a video.

    From your initial post I thought you were asking about publishing a stream to FMS.

    You can't encode anything using FMS, as FMs is not an encoder. If you want to encode files to flv or other formats on the server side, you need Flash Media Encoding Server, not Flash Media Server.

    ... or do I still not understand your question?
