Error Connecting

When I try to connect to my FMS (using FME or any other means), I am able to connect with my local IPs (127.0.0.1, and 192.168.1.101), however if I try to use my external IP address, I get an error: "Failure to connect to primary server ... "

I assume this is a firewall problem, however, I believe it is on my ISP's end. I am able to connect to my IP when opening it through a browser (http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx). Is it just that my ISP is blocking all incoming ports? If so, the only way to work this, is to get my ISP to open port 1935, correct?

I have Comcast service at both my home and my office, and I don't have any ports blocked other than SMTP:25 at home. I don't know if Comcast has different policies in different markets.

It looks like there's a router between the FMS machine and your modem... is your router configured to forward ports 1935, 80, and 1111 to the LAN IP of your FMS machine?

Yes there is a router, however I do have ports 1935, 80 and 1111 already forwarded. I believe the ports may be blocked by my ISP (Comcast.. ugh).
