Flash Local Video Record - NEED EXPERT

Hello. I need to record video from a webcam locally, then allow a user to SAVE abd then upload to the server. I have heard that this is possible, but most people's first reaction is that Flash only allows saving direct to the server. Any help out there?

    the forum edited the path to the folder chance the first two ** to macromed*** and the second set of ** to macromed*** also.

    where the streams folder is stored can be changed by modifing its config parameters just change it to the ftp folder or whatever you are using..........the config file will be in the flash med** server 2 folder some place ....I suspect it is in conf........let me know where you find it if you would...I've included the path to the conf folder below.

    C:\Program Files\Macromed**\Flash Med** Server 2\conf
