I installed Flash Media Encoder 2.5 Auth. Add-in and it worked well and the user and password appeared when trying to connect to the server through FME ...
The problem is that when i open the command prompt and put the user file it gives me commands to put in order to add or remove users ... When I write these commands I get the following message: (The syntax of the command is incorrect)
So, what's the right way to write the command ??

The second question: How can I decrease the audio bit rate as much as possible ... as the least bitrate which I got is 18 kb ... I wanted it to be less than that to increase the video bit rate

Thanks,
Ziad ....

Thank you for your help, that works. Also, I have custom ports configure on the server. I want to configure the swf file in adobe flash cs3 to scan those custom ports alog with the default. This is what i have in my swf configuration for client to connect to the flash media server: "rtmp://stream.mydomain.com:1935,8008,7070/vod/sample" and it is not working. Is this a legal configuration, if not...what is the right config to use for the client to scan all those ports to see which one it can connect on? Thank you.
