Flash Media Encoder 2.5 Settings

I found the settings where you can specify the restarting stuff for the Encoder, I was wondering about days, hours, minutes... does this mean #of days along with a specific time? If I put in 4 for hours, would that be at 4am? Do I need all these settings or are they exclusive with each other meaning I would only need days if I wanted days.

Also, I'm assuming these settings just go into the XML profile for each session?

    The time is relative to the time encoding started. If you put 4 hrs then FME would restart 4 hours after the start of encoding

    The settings are mutually exclusive. You can specify only days or only hours
