Flash Media Gateway issue on Linux

I have tried to install FMG on linux as per instructions. It installs successfully. But it is not starting up? There no logs created? Anyone having the issues? I have tested on Centos 5.5 32bit, Ubuntu 32bit, and Ubuntu 64bit. Same situation....

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.. I got it working.. It was issue with the SIP gateway password.. .. My gateway password was having "&#" which are reserved keywords in xml.. I changed my password and it worked fine...

Hi,

I had installed it on Ubuntu and it started but can't register any sip profiles... M trying to register a sip profile on a local asterisk server.

Any help would be higly apprecited. Thanks..

It seems to be some network/firewall problem if you can stop firewall temporarily please try doing that and then run Flash Media Gateway again.

If that doesn’t work I will suggest you to run wireshark on the machine where Flash Media Gateway is running and restart then send back wireshark capture, conf files and log files. All these information together can help us move further.

In case running wireshark is not possible set debugSIP tag as true and then restart Flash Media Gateway and send back complete log folder and conf folder file.
