Flash Media on VPS

hello

I would like to install Flash media on my Dedicated VPS server but I have no Idea as to how to go about it.

I have full rights to root and can do what i wish with it.

I run cPanel on Centos Unix system.

Would nayone here be able to or know of anyone that can do this for me please.

    Hi,

         Please follow the steps below:

    • Login as root,Download the FMS gz file from adobe.com and unzip the file.
    • Open console and run ./installFMS and follow the instructions prompted by installer.
    • Then after install is complete check if fms is running. use "ps -e | grep fms" command.

    In case if FMS is not running then check if NSPR libraries are installed. If NSPR libraries are not installed the install using yum install libnspr4 or yum install libnspr4-0d command. Then start fms using the script ./server from /opt/adobe/fms directory.

    Also make sure you allow port 1935 open in firewall settings.

    Hi

    Thank You I will give it a go.

    I am not a programmer and not an extreme little about Unix Systems.

    I can administor but installing is a different matter altogether thus me asking for someone to do it.
