Flash Media Server 4.5 with F5 load balancer

I would like to stream video with fms 4.5 through a F5 load balancer. The fms 4.5 resided on IP A while the F5 load balancer is resided on IP B. Video request will come to IP B which would then be forwarded to IP A.

I tried to set up the fms for the load balancer with the guide provided on F5 website, but to no avail as the guide is actually for fms 3.0.

Does anybody know how to set up the fms 4.5 with a F5 load balancer?
