Flash Media Server 4 cannot connect

Hello I installed the Flash Media Server 4 and it works fine. However I uninstalled it from the control panel and reinstall it and it is no longer working now. The error i get in the server start screen is

"We are unable to connect to the network. We apologise for any inconvenience caused."

How do I fix this problem?

    Can you check if server is started properly - check if there are any errors master,edge or core logs of FMS
