Flash Media Server dynamic Livestreaming

I have FMS 3.5 installed, everything is running. I want to have a livestream from a camera that is dynamic and will change according to the bandwith of the viewer. What settings do I need to choose in Flash Media Encoder, FMS and in the Player to make this possible? If I start the encoder with 3 videostreams and a %i parameter I get 3 different streams, but I can only put one of these in a player and not all. What do I need to do?

    In essence each client does a bandwidth test as it connects and the chooses the most suitable stream for that connection. This is described in the docs that came with the server...look here;
