Flash Newb

Question

Well, I am a NEWB at Flash Player 8 Professional. I got the
trial and for the life of me I couldn't figure out...

When I draw anything, the next frame its in the same place,
right?

If I move it in the second frame, it moves in the first! If I
draw in the second, it draws it in the first!

AND...

If I ERASE in the second, it ERASES in the first!!!!!

How the hell do I fix this?!?

I'm a noob myself but you have to use keyframes. Select a frame and right click on it and select keyframe.
