Flash not working with Microsoft Edge, Windows 10

There must be something wrong with the Flash Player in my Microsoft Edge. It is said that Adobe Flash Player is contained in Windows 10, so I don't need to download a new one. BUT this player seems to NEVER have worked! I checked the tutorial, and it just didn't help. I don't know what's wrong with it...
