    yes like Jay said - you have not described in detail what is the problem. We here prefer any user to put his problem in detail so that we can help him better. One suggestion upfront - if its something purely with player please post on Player forum - http://forums.adobe.com/community/flashplayer (this forum is meant only for FMS queries)
