Flash Player causes browser freezing

Randomly my and my costumers browser (IE, Firefox) freezes while doing the following steps:

1. Opening a Flash Player in Popup
2. Loading a video stream in Flash Player
3. Closing the Popup in the exact moment the player finished loading
or closing after scrubbing in timeline
the browser freezes and finally crashes.

Tried with different OS and browsers and newest flash player available.

    what percentage of your processor is being used while the .swf is executing?

    what percentage of your processor is being used when the browser crash occurs?

    Does your script use any setInterval or onEnterframe ?

    How many fps is your .fla set at before compile time?
