Hello Adobe

I Yesterday, I downloaded my Windows Update ( Vista Home Editon 32) .There was several of Windows NetFrames updates ! After my update, my Laptop ( MSI )crashed...but I manáged to get it up running again ... my Flashplayer, did not work anymore. I went to reinstall it,( more than 30 times) beccause it came with error-messages EVERY SINGLE TIME  ( Metafile or timeout ) . Then I went to see if i could download DIRECT as Youi sugest in your Troubleshoot. This didn work EITHER, why...windows wouldnt recognize it or store it correctly...and it was only the half of the program ( config editor ) that was there !!! Can You PLEASE tell me, what and HOW I can and will be able to watch movies again..??? THANK YOU !!!!
