We have a 23 min FLV file 320x240 30fps that is stopping in the exact same spot after about 2 minutes of play. We're not too up on programming varibles with action scripting. This is the longest file we've ever posted. We have 10 min. FLVs playing fine. Any ideas on how we can force the file to play the whole 23 minutes. Thanks!

Good advice, we switched out the SWF file and noticed that one had a frame rate of 12 fps, the FLV is 30 fps. The bad file had a frame rate of 30 fps - but at 12 fps now the FLV plays great. The only weirdness is that it's not creating a .idx file in Flash Component Server, but it is connecting in the console.

Assuming that all of the following are true:

    - It happens only with this particular video file
    - Other videos play fine when using the same player .swf in the same environment
    - The problem video freezes at exactly the same point in time, every time.

I would guess there was some sort of error when encoding the flv, and the data is corrupt somewhere around the 2 minute mark. Have you tried playing it with another flv player?
