FLV Interlacing problem

I have a problem with video in flash. I render the video out of Premiere Pro with the video de-interlaced (no fields) and when I convert it to FLV the video looks badly interlaced. I've tried changing the quality settings when I convert my video and it doesn't change anything.

If anybody has any solutions or ideas I would appreciate it.

I am having the exact same problem now... very frustrating
I am trying some things to see if it helps.
doing different size frames and what not maybe a framerate change.

did you figure out the problem?

I had the same problem a while back. I found that the only way to solve it was to use an interlaced source video, or use an flv transcoding program that will interlace while it transcodes (Sorenson Squeeze does that, Flash video exporter does not... not sure about other software).
