FMLE Unexpected Error encountered in encoding process every 2 minutes

Hi,

We are wondering if anyone has advice as to what could be causing the following problem.

We are having an issue where by we are getting an Unexpected error ever 2 minutes.

We are running FMLE 3.2 on a Mac Pro server with a Blackmagic Intensity Pro Capture card

    I have the same problem...Mines stops every 20-40 min tho. annoying... i think it has something to do with the "Primary network Command:moduleInfo"

    but ive had techs come out and test my business class connection! i THINK My problem started when upgraded to windows 10!

    It might be happening because of fps mismatch. Your settings are:

    <device>Intensity NTSC/PAL</device>

    <frame_rate>24.00</frame_rate>

    If your device is PAL, set the fps to 25; otherwise set fps to 30 if the device is NTSC.

    Let me know the outcome of this.

    Hi. I am currently having the same problems, only i do believe my settings are correct. However the error appears every thirty seconds. What am i doing wrong?
