FMS 3 won't log in

I installed and configured FMS 3 and I believe the 1st time I logged in it work. I'm using the same login info and now it won't connect.

The only thing I can think of is my IP address changes everytime I connect to the internet for the day. That might be my problem but it's just a guess. If that is the problem how to I re-assign the new IP address? If it isn't the problem...HELP!

    Ok fixed this issue, using vista and I had to right click and select "Run as Admin" on Server and admin when I started it.
