FMS 4.5 Interactive Server - Windows 2012 server supported?

Will FMS 4.5 interactive server run on Windows 2012 server instead of the recommended Windows 2008 R2?

Using Windows 2012 we can use 2 NIC's teamed together to get 2Gbps instead of 1Gbps with a single NIC. We cannot team in Windows 2008 R2 - it's not built into the OS.
