FMS 4 Interactive restrict access to vod by ip range

I have vod files that need to be restricted to only the IP range of the ISP service. The live streaming can be available to all, how do I restrict vod access in the FMS Interactive Server, is it in the following?

Virtual host on Interactive Sever:

/opt/adobe/fms/conf/_defaultRoot_/vidserver.acme.com/

Would I edit these files for that restriction, how do I put the IP range in format wise?

/opt/adobe/fms/applications/vod

allowedSWFdomains.txt

allowedHTMLdomains.txt

Would I add the IP range in this files for each virtual host, I have 3 of them?

Any help advice would be great.

All of the vod files are stored in:

/opt/adobe/fms/webroot/vod

I do not want to impact the ability to view live streams, it will need to remain open.

In the Flash Media Interactive Server 4.x.x release the point of purchasing the Interactive Server was to be able to manage the (vod) media by only allowing certain domains.

Can you use an IP range?

    allowedHTMLdomains.txt

    allowedSWFdomains.txt

When you enter the allowed domains it still does not restrict access, if it does not work why is it sold this way?

Running on CentOS Linux 64-bit, is there some other configuration files that need editing?

    Any tips/advice would be great.

I need to get this locked down to our ISP domain range, however it does not block access when entered in the files listed and above after I cycle the services it still allows all.
