FMS 5.0 Voice becomes low

I use Adobe Media Server for online streaming

Before using the normal

Recently used the sound turned low

I focused on trying to open Adobe Media Server and the Live Encoder

But I can't solve the problem

Could you please tell me how to deal with it?
