FMS as a solution to Mp3 file size

Hi all,

We will be installing FMS 3.5 this week. Our objective will be to see from a client pc's perspective what can be done to reduce bandwidth. We currently use MP3's at 32kbps, 22khz.

We expect our experiments to explore how FMS handles MP3's and what advantages there may be to go to FLV...

It woudl be helpful for me if anyone can comment on a format or method we should chase down to get the best results.

Thanks!

Well, FLV is just a container formant for various types of media.  Generally encoding via mp3 is good, but most of the "industry" is moving toward AAC i think.
