FMS in Cfm ?

Hello,,

1- We want to radio broadcasting in cfm server. Do we need also install fms  ?

2- We created a flash player as radio online player. Our problem is, when anyone open the player link, they must listen the same song at the same time. Is there any article or any advice about that ?
