FMS Logs & Reporting

I am hoping someone can point me to some information about translating the logs generated by FMS 3. We are currently running FMS 2 and are hoping the enhanced log features of FMS 3 will be able to deliver us some basic reporting statistics on streaming video viewership. Namely which video stream file was played and for how long. The user interface would need to be searchable or easily filtered and simple to understand and navigate for non technical users. Are there programs/programmers out there that can translate these logs?

    See conf/logger.xml in the FMS install dir for log settings.

    I just downloaded the demo to Sawmill. It seems really full of good features. I'm just getting my feet wet with FMS so I may be missing something but I think we may be picking this up.

    On a side note...have you been able to get FMS to generate more than just one week of logs? For some reason it's deleting anything older than 6 days.
