FMS not responding (via HTTP/RTMP), but I can connect via FTP

For some strange reason, quite out of nowhere, I'm unable to connect to any streams (RTMP) on my install of FMS 3.5, nor can I even pull up the admin interface by typing in the IP of the server. It's been working fine for weeks, and worked up until sometime last night (as far as I can tell).

Oddly enough, I can still FTP into the server, upload/download files, make changes, etc. I even checked the logs and (thankfully) it appears that our customers are still able to connect and stream the videos we have on our FMS.

I thought maybe it was a weird setting in my local hosts file, but not only have I made no changes to that file in a long time but I see no entries in there that would affect this issue. I also tried to SSH into the server and send a "apachectl graceful" command to gracefully reboot the server, and it restarted but the issue remains - I can't connect to the FMS via HTTP or RTMP.

Has anyone else had this issue before? Is there a reason why this might be happening? Any clues/hints at all would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that there is no modification done at FMS end. How are you concluding that other clients are still able to play, i suppose looking at access.00.log, do you see particular client playing a stream for sometime and new client connecting and playing stream. Can you try from any other machine if you access to? I should say it looks like strange issue , but if you can provide above asked info, probably we might be able to nail it down.
