FMS Productivity Tools and sample downloads broken?

I might be a huge idiot, but I really need the Adobe F4V Post Processor for work I'm doing in FMS 4.5. It seems like the tools downloads are unavailable on: http://www.adobe.com/products/adobe-media-server-family/tool-downloads.html

The only thing that can be downloaded is the Adobe Access library for Apple iOS.

Anyone know if this is on purpose?  Am I just dumb?  In the tools directory of FMS 4.5 there is no F4V Post processor. Anyone know where I can grab the actual FMS Productivity Tools and sample downloads?
