FMS response 503: Service Temporarily Unavailable

Hi,

I am currently using FMS 4.5 developer version (the version without any serial number) with Apache server. I am trying to play a HDS video, and whenever I request for multiple fragments, the server returns a SERVICE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE error in the HTTP response to one of the requests. I read the limitations of the developer version, which says that for HDS, the limitation is on the duration of the video, I hardly play it for more than 10 seconds before I get this response. Can someone please help. I am desperately in need of some information that might help me. Tried google-ing for this issue, but nothing useful came out of it.
