Question

FMS Return Policy?

Can someone tell me what the return policy is on FMS 4.5?

I appologize, but I feel the documentation is sub-par, telephone support was of no use, and it would appear there aren't many people experienced in setting it up.

I've even gone so far as to solicit help from superuser.com and serverfault.com to no avail

I'd like to return the product and persue Red5 or Wowza

Hi lsiunsuex,

Sorry that you are running in such issues but can you let me know what exact problem you are facing. What kind of help you are trying to seek from us. It looks like from your post that you are running into set up issues - can you elaborate the same.

Just want to know if you have posted on this forum before with the problem and no one got back to it - if that's the case - we are sorry about the same.

My issue is just below on this same page

http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1025355?tstart=0

Using this piece of software: http://activeden.net/item/webcam-recorder/236757

Simply:

In production (licensed, not developer), access is denied when using that script

In production, I cannot run my own instance of Apache (with php / mysql) and the Apache that comes with FMS

It works fine in developer mode (no license installed) with FMS's Apache installed

In Developer or Licensed, without FMS's Apache installed (only using my own) it does not work.

On a Rackspace cloud server with Centos 5.5

If I can't run FMS on the same server as my webserver thats fine - but no document implicity says that.
