FMS service stopped running

My FMS (beta) service has stopped running. Since returning from the Xmas break (ie Jan 2nd 2008) it is failing to start, giving runtime/memory errors. Im assuming these errors (crashes) are related to the date as this is also happening to a developer (ie non-licenced) version on another machine. Both servers were working fine in 2007.

    no response from Adobe? Anyone else using FMS beta and experiencing these problems? Happens on 3 servers now, 2 windows and 1 redhat. It has to be a date killswitch, left in either intentionally or not, but the license I was provided is supposed to expire in May 2008.
