FMS3 and AMD 64-bit under Windows 2003 R2?

I installed FMS 3.0 on a HP Proliant Server with AMD 64-bit processor running Windows Server 2003 R2. The FMS service runs, I can see connects to the "vod" application provided, but I cannot get it to stream any video. The data transfer count remains low. I have no idea why its not working and am now thinking that FMS 3.0 is either not AMD-friendly or (worse) it is not 64-bit friendly. Anyone know for certain?

It is strange that such a leading edge product isn't 64-bit. Its become very difficult to purchase 32-bit native servers (new anyway).

The answer is yes, it does work. A configuration error on my part (due to a confusing setup example) was the issue.
