fmscore keeps restarting

Hi - i have added a few process monitors to my FMS stack and am seeing that the fmscore process keeps restarting. Is this normal or should it be persistent?

We are running FMS 4.5.1 on redhat

I think I have the same issue when server has about 1000 connections. And this is an edge server

This is a dev server that has very few connection (2 / 3 max)
