FMSMaster -console fails on assert

I am trying to use FMSMaster -console to start FMS 3.5 on cmd.exe by system account "administrator". but I get an error when trying to run FMSMaster -console.

The error that I receive is as follows:

TimeResolutionImpl::set(00.001000000)
returning 00.000976600
Assert failed in ..\util\TCProcess.cpp line 161
Failed to create process mutex.

Does anyone know if this is an issue that has been resolved ?

Hi,

Can you tell which OS are you running FMS on? Also check the master.00.log and edge.00.log if you see something different there.

This tends to happen when you have more than one FMSMaster running. Can you check your processes to make sure that FMS isn't running already - perhaps as a service and you're running it directly. As Abhishek indicates, this can also be tipped off in the log files, especially master.xx.log
