Full Screen Positioning

My Full Screen feature on my Flash Video component is acting a bit odd...

When I go to full screen, the screen just shows an enlarged version of only the top left corner of the program, adding a big band of black to the top.

Does anyone know how to get Full Screen to display properly so that the program is centered on the page with the whole video visible?
