Harware and software for the FMS and FME

Hello!

For our universities broadcaststudio, we are planning to install a FMS system for HD/SD live input.
Could you pls. give me some advice, if this system could work, before we are going to buy the components?

OS Windows Server 2008 Standard, QuadCore Intel about 2,33GHz, 2GB RAM
Video CaptureCard Osprey 700HD
FlashMedia Encoder 2.5
FlashMediaStreaming Server

Is it possible to use the CaptureCard, Encoder 2.5 and FMS on one Computer?

    Yes its possible to have your capture card, Encoder 2.5 and FMS on same computer. But, you may not be able to stream Higher sizes since the CPU utilization should not be beyond 75% for smooth streaming of videos.
