HDS-Live Apache Module Error 1026

Hey,

Im using FMS 4.5 on Windows, with Apache installed. I am using Apache on port 80.

When trying to do HTTP Dynamic Streaming, I can request a manifest successfully with http://www.example.net/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m however I cannot playback the video using OSMF, I see in the packet trace the request for the first fragment and in the Apache error_log

[Fri Oct 28 13:49:31 2011] [error] mod_f4fhttp [500]: Coretech error 1026 when processing /hds-live/streams/livepkgr/streams/_definst_/livestream/livestreamSeg78-Frag7761.

I cannot see any error codes documented anywhere for the f4fhttp module.

Any ideas what this error means ? Does it point towards my incoming RTMP stream ? or my Apache setup ? or what. Adobe could do with documenting the potential error codes for these apache modules!

[EDIT]

In addition I have this in more core.00.log, which looks suspicious !

2011-10-2814:05:593464(e)2611178Error from libf4f.dll: Could not parse afra index.-

[/EDIT]

Regards

Mal

    Hi Mally,

Its good that you solved the problem, but HDS-live must have worked with 64 bit FMS. In case of 64 bit, only the Apache and its modules needs to be 32 bit. FMS can still be 64 bit. 64 bit FMS installation on windows does install 32 bit apache along with it..

It seems you had some other issue. Possibly a bug. If you see "Error from libf4f.dll: Could not parse afra index." more often, please consider to file a bug..
