HEADERS[Malformed Packet], DATA, DATA after GET request to AMS (livestream.bootstrap)

From the wireshark taken in server installed with AMS 5.0 and Apache

when Videoplayer.html with Stream URL as "

<a class="jive-link-external-small" href="http://10.40.102.91/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">http://10.40.102.91/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m</a> but I found that the file: "livestream.bootstrap" should be in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Server 5\applications\livepkgr\streams\_definst_\livestream

What is the difference between 2 directories as:

- C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Server 5\applications\livepkgr\streams

- C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Media Server 5\applications\livepkgr\events
