i have been having troubles with the flash player it tells me i need to install it but when i go to it tells me i already have it and need to enable so i followed the steps to enable it but it was already enabled so i tried to reinstall the program but it didnt work so i disabled it then re enabled it but it still isnt working so what do i do

    While this isn't a specific AMS issue, I would suggest perhaps that you do an uninstall and fresh install of the flash player. Outside of that, perhaps you have a blocker installed in your browser?
