Help! Locked out of console.

Hi,

Weve been running AMS for about 6 months now to stream meetings live. Recently I tried to login into the web console and it was not taking my admin credentials.

I have full admin rights to the server itself (Window Server 2012) however I cannot login to the AMS console. I tried to reset using the AMsadmin tool in a privledge command line and that was no help, I also tried to reinstall and set a new password and it does not take. I even did a complete uninstall, restart and reinstall however the password I even set with the installer does not work.

Has anyone had this issue?

I've seen this issue but a reset of the password did the trick. I would imagine too that a complete reinstall should work and if not then I'd recommend just rechecking where you're connecting to and if there is any saved info in your browser maybe.. Weird.
