Help purchasing an upgrade license

I feel a little silly posting this in the forum, but I'm running out of options.

I've repeatedly submitted the contact form here:

and I've repeatedly called and left voice mails.

And yet, I can't get Adobe to contact me to *sell* me a license.

Adobe - you out there? I want you to take my money 🙂
